Stepping Into Leadership

Stepping Into Leadership

This is a year that calls for action—and for more people stepping into meaningful public service.

Join us for an evening focused on volunteer and leadership opportunities at the Brown County Dems. This event marks the first step in strengthening how we organize, share responsibility, and show up for our community in a critical election year.

We’re building teams with clear roles, shared leadership, and real impact. Some opportunities are substantial leadership positions. Others are smaller, essential roles that keep the work moving. Every role—large or small—connects directly to voter contact, turnout, or community engagement.

We want to especially extend a warm invitation to:

  • Young people and first-time volunteers
  • Working people balancing jobs, family, and caregiving
  • People of color
  • People with disabilities
  • Anyone who wants to help but hasn’t always felt included or sure where they fit. We want you here.

You don’t need prior political experience. You don’t need to know yet how much time you can give.

People who attend will leave knowing exactly how to plug in—whether for a limited-time initiative or an ongoing role that fits their life right now.
