Ever thought about running? You should.
The foundation of grassroots democracy is built on people who are willing to step up and lead. Village boards, town boards, and school boards shape our schools, roads, parks, and taxes, and they’re often decided by just a handful of votes.
You don’t need to be a lawyer, a politician, or have a big network. Our local offices are filled by teachers, nurses, parents, retirees, and small business owners. If you care about your community, you’re qualified to serve it.

How we help
Getting on the ballot
We’ll walk you through nomination papers, signatures, and filing deadlines so nothing catches you off guard.
Building your campaign
We’ll connect you with volunteers and with Democrats who’ve run before, so you have help knocking doors and getting your message out.
Not ready to run?
Help a candidate win, or tell us about a neighbor who’d be great. Recruiting someone else counts too.

Spring Election
