The mission of the Democratic Party of Brown County Wisconsin is to improve the lives of all Wisconsinites by electing Democrats who share our values to leadership positions.
Our Team

Chair
Wanda Sieber
Wanda Truttmann Sieber is a lifelong Green Bay resident, a mother of six, and retired after more than 30 years as CEO of a logistics company. In retirement, she has dedicated her time to civic engagement, teaching music to children, auditing classes at UW–Green Bay, reading voraciously, and enjoying the outdoors with her husband, Bill.
Since stepping into activism, Wanda has led numerous rallies and community events and serves on the steering committee of Indivisible Brown County. She enjoys working alongside community members and is focused on protecting democracy, supporting immigrant rights, and advocating for working families. She is passionate about building bridges across the community, uplifting new voices, and ensuring that Brown County is a place where democracy thrives, equal rights are protected, and people feel heard.
As Chair, Wanda brings both executive leadership experience and grassroots energy, committed to strengthening the local party and making it a hub for community building, education, and action.

1st Vice Chair
John Lor
Hello, I’m John Lor. Living in Green Bay has given me the chance to connect with people across Brown County who care deeply about their community. Over the past several years, I’ve gotten more involved in civic engagement because I believe people should feel like their voices matter and that they have a place in the process.
I currently serve as First Vice Chair of the Brown County Democratic Party and am involved with the Wisconsin AAPI Caucus. A lot of what I focus on is connecting with people who are interested in getting involved, answering questions, and helping folks find ways to participate.
As a first-generation Southeast Asian American refugee, community and opportunity mean a lot to me. It’s important to me that people feel welcomed, heard, and empowered to take part in shaping the future of where they live.
Outside of that work, I enjoy lifting, hiking, art, gaming, and spending time learning about the natural world.

2nd Vice Chair
Ed Dorff
This past year I began serving as the East-side representative following my predecessor’s move into another neighborhood. Later, when the Second Vice-Chair seat was vacated for Liz to move up, I stood for and was voted in to the position.
I wish to keep this position to continue serving the Brown County Democratic Party and our mission to elect more strong, progressive, Democrats to local, state and national offices. My background and experience in public service started when I enlisted in the Marine Corps at age seventeen. I am a Vietnam Veteran, and after service, went to school on the GI Bill. Most of my employment career has been in public education as a teacher and as a school administrator, although I have held several other jobs including laborer in an auto factory, serving on a tree service crew, bartending, and four years as a police officer. Additionally, I served on the Green Bay School Board.
As with many people of my generation, I grew up in a Wisconsin that was a leader in public education, labor rights, environmental responsibility, and commitment to the common good. Now, we are considered a “purple state,” creeping none-to slowly toward red. That is not the future I want for my children and grandchildren, and I am committed to offering my time and talents to avoid it. As Second Vice-Chair I will offer support, advice, and hopefully wisdom borne of long experience as a leader.

Area Representative For Allouez / East De Pere
Andrea Gage
Andrea Gage believes that Brown County is full of like-minded, liberal people, and it’s our job to reach more of them and help them realize that they’re Democrats. She has the skills to help us achieve that goal. After earning a BS in Journalism from Boston University, she worked at TV stations in several states, including two Wisconsin media markets.
Andrea then worked in media relations for Planned Parenthood, serving patients and expanding access to reproductive health care. She later served as a legislative aide in the State Senate. She also worked for the State Bar of Wisconsin, where she helped the organization garner support for legislation that increased access to justice for all Wisconsinites.
During her advocacy career, Andrea attended Marquette Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2011. She stayed on to earn her Masters in Dispute Resolution from Marquette University in 2013, where she graduated at the top of her class.
Andrea now serves as a senior associate attorney for Renier Hotopp Law Offices, where she works on legal separations, divorces, custody/placement issues, and restraining orders. Her practice also has a special focus on silver divorces and elder abuse related actions.
Andrea is currently running for the Brown County Board.
Before moving to this area, Andrea served as an alder on the Sun Prairie City Council. Notably, she was the ninth woman to serve in that position in the history of the city, and the first progressive to win there in decades.
She is also a long-time supporter of local campaigns. Andrea opened her home to volunteers in De Pere this year, helping lead a get out the vote staging location. She was featured in a TV campaign in support of several local candidates, and worked as a field organizer for the ADCC in 2024.

Area Representative For Outlying Areas
Rich Wilson
Hi, my name is Rich Wilson. I’ve been a Brown County resident for a little over 6 years. I first became politically active during the 2020 presidential election when there was a shortage of poll workers. I had the pleasure of working central count for the city of De Pere. In elections since then I have worked elections as a poll worker for a ward in the city of Green Bay. I became involved in the brown county Democrats (mostly as a door knocker) after the overturn of Roe v Wade. This most recent election has made me realize I need to do a little bit more. As a father of 2 young kids I want to help ensure they grow up in a world where equity for all is a pillar of our society. I’m a firm believer that local politics is the foundation for national change and small town America is the epicenter of this effort. As the area representative for outlying areas, I will have a particular focus on the village of Hobart and Pulaski village and school board meetings, but will also make an effort to visit the other outlying municipalities as well.

Digital Media Coordinator
Bailey Conradt
Hi! I’m Bailey, the Digital Media Coordinator for the Brown County Democrats. I help run our website and social channels (especially TikTok!), finding fun and clear ways to share what’s happening locally and how people can get involved. I’m always experimenting, always learning; also—very open to feedback, ideas, and collaboration. If you’ve got thoughts or want to help out, I want to hear from you!
I’m excited to be back home in Green Bay after studying political science and computer science at UW–Madison and spending the last few years in Minneapolis working at General Mills. Coming back with new skills and fresh energy, I’m passionate about using digital tools to build community, tell our story, and make local politics more accessible (and a little more fun).
