On January 20, 2009 Barack H. Obama took the oath of office as the 44th President of the United States.

In his eighteen minute address, he calls on all of us to "pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and begin again the work of remaking America".  We all must continue to help if we are to bring the change he promised in the campaign to reality. 

He said "For as much as government can do and must do, it is ultimately the faith and determination of the American people upon which this nation relies".
