New E4 Initiative to Create Jobs |

Last fall, I introduced my E4 Initiative – dubbed E4 for its focus on the Economy, Employment, Education, and Energy – as a way to create jobs and enhance our economy by harnessing Wisconsin's unique strengths and resources.
This past month, we earned a significant E4 victory when the Senate passed one of my E4 provisions to help businesses launch new energy technologies.
This amendment comes on the heels of two other E4 victories – one passed this summer that helps innovative small businesses, and the other earlier this year that boosts job growth and helps businesses and homeowners go green and increase energy efficiency. |
